In order to help me achieve the big goals I have set I am going to try and assemble a team around me.

Total Immersion Swim coach

The first member of my team is Gill Kelly  from the Tri ‘N’ Swim WELL Studio in Rochford, Essex.  Tri ‘N’ Swim WELL are one of the few places that offer total immersion swim coaching.

So that’s the swimming covered I am now looking for:

• A Sports Nutritionist
• Sports masseuse
• Personal trainer
• Running coach
• Triathlon club
• Sponsors to help fund all the gear i need and help the charities i am doing this for
• and anyone else who feels they can help me out
