My Goals

I have a mixture of small, medium and large goals.

I am still very much in the process of setting the full goal list but here is a draft list V1.

Running

  • Run a 7 min mile
  • Run a 6 1/2 min mile
  • Run a 6 min mile
  • Run a 5 1/2 min mile
  • Run a 5 min mile (Main Goal)
  • Complete a marathon in 4:30 hours
  • Complete a marathon in 4 hours
  • Complete a marathon in 3:45 hours
  • Complete a marathon in 3:30 hours
  • Complete a marathon in 3:15 hours (Main Goal)

Multisport Events

  • Complete my first Triathlon
  • Complete a 1/2 Ironman
  • Complete an Ironman (Main Goal)
  • Complete a Quadrathlon

Climbing

  • Do the 3 peeks challenge
  • Climb Mount Kilimanjaro (Main Goal)

Biking

  • Bike from bike lands end to john o groats in 6 days (Main Goal)
  • Bike 100 miles
  • Bike 100 miles in 6 hours

Fitness

  • Do 100 pushups
  • Do 150 pushups
  • Do 200 pushups
  • Do 250 pushups (Main Goal)

Charity

  • Raise £1,000
  • Raise £5,000
  • Raise £10,000
  • Raise £25,000
  • Raise £50,000
  • Raise £100,000 ( Main Goal)
